Exchange Eligibility (for orders within Pakistan):
Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
Damaged or defective item received
Size issues
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
Be unused and unworn
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in its original packaging
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Articles purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for exchange.
We do not offer cash refunds. If an exchange isn’t possible, you’ll receive a store credit coupon of equal value, which can be used on your next purchase.
How to Request an Exchange:

Provide your order details and reason for exchange. Once we confirm eligibility, we’ll share the return address. After we receive and inspect your return, your replacement item will be dispatched.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
We dispatch daily at 5 PM, so to cancel your order, please contact us before the first 5 PM after your order is placed.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
